Given his past leadership to help make child care more affordable and supporting wage standards for construction workers, we are hopeful that he will continue to find ways in this new role to advance policy that will help stabilize working families and in turn, strengthen our national security.

“In particular, Secretary Rubio has the unique opportunity in his new role to end visa abuse by corporations that undermine employment prospects for American workers and undercut domestic investments made by taxpayers that would otherwise strengthen communities throughout the United States.
