“Today’s final rule is another obvious example of the Biden-Harris Administration’s rock-solid commitment to the working families of the construction industry. The gravity of placing strong labor standards in a law that will impact the transition to clean energy sources more than any single public policy before cannot be understated. This is historic. This final rule ensures the benefits of prevailing wage and apprenticeship utilization provisions will be strong, purposeful, and, most importantly, open more family-sustaining, middle-class career opportunities in the clean energy industry for millions of union and nonunion construction workers across the country.”
