In The News

Total Information AM (Audio) – NABTU President Sean McGarvey joined the show to discuss how the building trades are capitalizing on the historic federal infrastructure investments from the Biden Administration.

Labor Tribune – “There’s over 250,000 people in our training programs and we can ramp that up to one million,” McGarvey said. “With the investments made by the Biden-Harris Administration and members of Congress, we’re going to start filling those numbers up and growing these training programs through our apprentice-ready programs like BUD and creating pathways to the middle-class for everyone who wants an opportunity.”

KSDK Local News – Monday’s event illustrated how union workers, business leaders, and government officials came together to ensure that union-trained workers are prepared to “meet the moment” as federal infrastructure and works projects come online.
