NABTU made the latest stop on our Opportunity Pipeline Tour in Las Vegas, Nevada. Participants visited local training centers, seeing firsthand the world-class apprenticeship programs that prepare workers for lifelong careers in the union building trades. They also heard from state and local leaders on the critical role union construction workers play in Nevada’s economy.

Attendees had the chance to hear directly from apprentices and pre-apprenticeship graduates about how the trades have transformed their lives, providing them with family-sustaining wages and a pathway to the middle class.
