NABTU made the latest stop on our Opportunity Pipeline Tour in Kansas City, MO. Participants visited local training centers, seeing firsthand the world-class apprenticeship programs that prepare workers for lifelong careers in the union building trades.

Attendees had the chance to hear directly from apprentices and pre-apprenticeship graduates about how the trades have transformed their lives, providing them with family-sustaining wages and a pathway to the middle class.
