The Jobs Machine
The “Jobs Machine” is an interactive AI tool developed by North America’s Building Trades
Unions (NABTU) and Microsoft that will simplify the process for enrolling in a Building Trades
[construction] Registered Apprenticeship program.
The Jobs Machine explains how you become an apprentice and why you should consider these
middle-class career opportunities. It helps students, parents, educators, and job seekers better
understand how to access and succeed in well-paid construction careers.
